FOREIGN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION 国外文凭学位公证机构
(as outlined by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing)
An individual who has completed college or university coursework outside of the United States must obtain a complete evaluation of foreign transcipts before applying to the Commission for a California credential. Along with obtaining a detailed report of his/her foreign coursework, the Commission recommends that the individual submit a photocopy of the foreign credential document to the evaluating agency.
